service. But, the fastest way to request service for a new
installation or a problem is to telephone direct to our service
department. Next to the Service Request Contact Form is a list
of all phone numbers at all of our locations.
Normal service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and on Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm holidays excluded. At times, our service department gets very busy and normal response times may vary although we attempt to resolve issues within 24 hours. Minimum service charge for out-of-warranty issues is US$35 within Mazatlan and US$50 for other areas. Additional costs may incurred based upon time, replacement parts, etc.
